Am I Ready For Testing?

We want you to have the best chance of passing so please ensure you have reviewed the following sound testing requirements to ensure you are ready for testing:

Access to the properties on both sides of the separating partition is required

Building work must be completed

Windows & External doors must be installed and Glazed

Internal doors should be hung

Skirting boards, electrical sockets and light switches should be fitted

Rooms in which testing is to be carried out should be empty and tidy

No trades should be working in the dwellings during the test

No noisy operations around the test properties during testing

If we are testing into a commercial shop or retail unit, the shop will need to close for the duration of the test.

110v or 240v (50Hz) mains power is required within the dwellings
