Planning Conditions are often set that require Noise and Vibration Surveys, normally relating to one of the following:
- The introduction of a new noise source into a location. (Bar, Nightclub, Fan, Industrial Unit etc….)
- The introduction of a noise sensitive development into a location where a number of noise sources may already affect that location. (Housing Developments)

Noise Surveys will be carried out by experienced engineers, with resulting detailed reports.
